Title: Gifts of Blue.
A pair of Satin Bowerbirds. The male of the species will create a bower of sticks and twigs, then decorate the area with blue objects he has searched for and collected in order to impress a potential mate. A female will pay a visit and decide if she is impressed or not during her inspection of the bower. I just love the notion that he is drawn to and seeks out blue objects for use to become more appealing to others. Humans are much the same, with our focus, we create our experience and we decide what value we put on things in order to achieve the outcome we desire.
