Titled: Nosey Neighbours
This artwork features a window view scene of two nosey Magpies curious about the ongoings in the home of a sleeping cat. Each element of this artwork comes straight from my imagination and was carefully hand-drawn until I believed I captured the vision I had in mind. The inspiration came from soft cushions and sofas, sleepy kittens, manicured gardens, lavender, gum trees, Magpies, Australian pottery, and Australian Native Ozothamnus Diosmifolius - a.k.a Rice Flower (Royal Flush variety), and the love of using beautiful colours in my work.
